Commercial real estate investing can be intimidating, daunting, scary, and a bit unreachable to some, but it can also be fun, more hands off than single family homes, easier to fund, and wildly profitable. Donald Trump types are the exception, not the norm, and the typical investor in commercial real estate is the guy next door, with the two car garage, 2.3 kids (don’t know how tall the .3 one is) and a “regular guy”.
The difference between residential investing and commercial investing is sometimes “a couple zeros”.
